ILA License Plate Program

Do you want to support Illinois Lyme Association in furthering our mission? ILA is announcing our license plate decal program! We passed a statute that designates a permanent specialty license plate decal with the Secretary of State’s office, but we need your help! They will only begin production of the decals if we reach 2000 requests by January 2026.

There are just 3 simple steps to request your license plate decal:

• Submit credit card payment in the form.

• Signature is REQUIRED.

Help us reach our goal of 2000 requests by January 2026! If we reach this goal, the specialty decal becomes an ongoing program and ILA will have a permanent revenue stream. But even if we don’t reach this amount by the deadline, all the money from the fees will still directly support ILA!
